Program Manager
Large-scale hardware deployment and data centre build programmes across Germany — including programmes already in motion.
The workBetween plan and floor
Mobile networks and data centres are designed in slides and delivered in the field. I manage the part in between.
Getting equipment specified, shipped, installed, tested and accepted across dozens of sites and several regions at once — with subcontractors who don't report to me, and dates that don't move.

What I do
Multi-region deployment coordination
Running delivery across several regions simultaneously: subcontractor management, resource planning, quality control and client acceptance. Less a technology problem than a dependency problem — and most of the people doing the work answer to someone else.
Interim and programme management
Taking responsibility for a programme that already exists: governance, hiring, reporting to client leadership, and accountability for delivery. Typically needed when a role becomes vacant without warning, or when an established programme has quietly stopped moving.
Process and documentation
Turning what works into something repeatable — installation manuals, procedure documentation, and the automation around them. A programme that depends on specific individuals has a single point of failure nobody has written down.
StandardWritten for the floor
A manual earns its place when it tells someone what to do at 6 a.m. in a cold data hall when what's in the rack doesn't match the drawing.

What the checklist doesn't ask
The site survey was done, and the site still passed with a condition nobody had met before. On why first occurrences can't be prevented — only closed.
